Aesthetic renewal and safety project on an exterior metallic fire escape ladder. Unlike the previous project, this one focused on a significant color change (e.g., from black to high-visibility red) for an apartment complex. The surface received less aggressive cleaning and sanding, followed by a universal primer and two coats of acrylic metal enamel. The goal was to achieve a smooth, glossy finish that met visual safety codes.
